What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack these car rooftop tent in neutral brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack them in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

How to ship such a heavy tent?
1). The car tents have weight from 35kgs ~ 75kgs for different models. Measurement weight from 80-120kgs.
2). It is recommended to ship by sea. If you don't want to wait long time, we can ship by air or express.

What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

EXW (defaulted), FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 2-3 weeks after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Yes, we have our own engineer team. It is ok to produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in tock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
